5.1. Personal data: For using services in the sig.com domain requiring registration, service innovation group GmbH collects personal data.

5.1.1 For setting up an account at sig.de this data includes: the company, branch, position, title, first name, surname, address, user name and E-mail address. This data serves as a basis for the user agreement between the user and service innovation group GmbH. The use of these services is linked with the General Terms of Trade. To guarantee adherence to these General Terms of Trade, the above-mentioned data is stored as customer master data. Both the entry of the data and acceptance of the General Terms of Trade are mandatory for using the services.

5.1.2 For the Newsletter registration at sig.com this data includes the company, branch, position, title, first name, surname and E-mail address

5.1.3 The data entries collected at sig.com are kept and processed separately.

5.2. Data for statistical purposes: In addition to the data listed under Section 3, service innovation group GmbH collects data for statistical evaluation and for improving the alignment of the services to the needs and interests of its users. This information is voluntary, and not mandatory for utilizing the services in the domains of sig.com.

Use of the data for advertising purposes: The data described under Section 5.1 and information you have called up when visiting our portals are combined to form a user profile in order to inform you and your partners as directly as possible about the campaigns, offers and competitions at service innovation group GmbH. The user grants his consent to using the data for advertising and market research purpose, in the special campaigns box found in the user registration (sig.com). The user can cancel his consent in his User Account at any time without stating any reasons.

On registering at sig.com and accepting the General Terms of Trade and the Privacy Statement of service innovation group GmbH for utilizing the services at sig.com, the user agrees to the data he has stated being stored by service innovation group GmbH and processed for data collection purposes.

Right to acquire information: Pursuant to § 34 of the Federal Data Protection Act, the user has the right to acquire information at any time on the data stored about him, its origin and recipients. Similarly, in accordance with § 34, he may inquire at any time about the purpose for collecting the data.
