This demands top performance from managers and employees and at the same time, a strong will to grow together with our Company.

Our medium-term "strategic planning" defines the respective target orientation for both the Management and employees.

We see ourselves as innovative problem-solvers for the branded goods industry and trade. Our services must provide both of these with problem solutions that are geared to the market, constructive and individually customized.

Adequacy
Turnover? Yes, but at prices justified by performance. Only mutual benefit will endure long-term. Since we give our best, we expect reasonable recognition in return. We are always striving for the best possible cost/performance ratio for our customers and for ourselves.

Efficiency
There must be a yield. We work to achieve good results and through careful management we gain an adequate investment return. In this way we secure the existence of the company and the means for future-oriented investments.

Structure
In each service-providing company of our group, customer or specialized account sectors and process-oriented business units are our most elementary structural principles.

Management
The Management sees itself as a homogeneous team of committed experts with specialized competence in advisory matters and operative service implementation. In its co-operation with the staff, the Management orientates itself mainly to our "Management Guidelines".

Employees
Each employee is responsible for his own tasks as an indispensable "function agent", i.e. according to his "personal profile". The rights and obligations postulated in our "personnel principles" are strictly adhered to.

Human capital
